Llama mini interview: Borg

One day in the official Shroud of the Avatar forum one member (Borg) invited us to enter in their own "showroom". I had read something about that kind of places, about the naked humans and the hot dancers in the night. But no, I was a confused llama.

A "showroom" is a place where 3d designers can upload and share with everyone via website their own creations with the Unity Engine. And thanks to the "Call to Art" Portalarium initiative these creations could be finally chosen by the devs and added to the game.

Today I want to share this fast llama mini interview with Borg, but I forgot to ask him if his nickname is just a second name or it means "killer zombie-like cyborg".

He already assimilated a castle. Now he is just looking for the house plot in the game.

 

Q: Where was your love for SotA born?

A: I played UO for 12 years and I loved it, I enjoyed playing the game for many years and I made a lot of good friends there. So another game from Lord British is what I was waiting for years.


Q: Why did you started as Unity artist in SotA and which are your objectives?

A: I started using Unity just one year ago, when I heard it was the development tool for SotA. I already had some experience with Blender and I use it to create my 3D assets.


Q: Which aspects of the game are you most interested?

A: I'm most interested in the MMO part of the game, I cant understand people playing RPG Solo. RPG is suposed to be played with other people. About playing the game I love crafting and hard core PVP. 

The site includes some SotA scary deco and funky monkeys. So, prepare your bananas!

Q: Can you say something positive about this purple site? 

A: Well I thing it is.... different, it has a very personal point of view and I like the humor touch.


Q: A little list of impressive items that you would love to design for the game.

A: I have many items in mind but I'm not ready yet to create them, I would love to model fantastic castles. My main goal atm is starting to model small buildings.


Q: If you were a crazy animal, which animal will you be?

A: I'd like to be a purple llama but since you already choosed it I would go for a Black Nightmare. ;)
